Industrial Coating Supplies also offers Hot Zinc Spray which is sprayed onto grit blasted metal and powder coated to provide longer life to railings, gates, tow bars and any parts that need good anti-corrosion protection.

For rapid turnaround on new metal, we have a vapour degreasing tank for parts up to 1m x 2m long. After shot blasting or degreasing all parts are etch primed with Zinc Chromate two pack primer to provide an extra barrier against corrosion.

We also pretreat parts in a Coolphos Degreasing Tanks
